Accessibility

How we approach accessibility, and how to tell us when we get it wrong.

Last updated 2026-08-25

We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need larger text and higher contrast.

What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That is the standard courts and regulators generally point to, and it is the one we hold ourselves to.

What we have done

Where we know we fall short

The maps on our location pages are embedded from Google and we do not control how they behave with assistive technology. Every one of those pages also lists the full street address as plain text and links to turn-by-turn directions, so the same information is available without using the map.

Tell us if something does not work

If any part of this site gets in your way, we want to hear about it and we will fix it. Call (510) 742-5699 or reach any location from our contact page. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will follow up.

In our stores

If you need a hand carrying bottles or filling a container, just ask — our staff are happy to help at any location.
